We provide many services. These include:
Case Management:
We understand once a hungry person is fed, her or she can be more open to receiving direction. Case Managers help those who are repeat consumers to Care to Share. The goal is to identify the core issues that may be causing the consumer to be stuck in poverty. Case Managers work with the consumers on creating a plan to end their suffering.
Food Pantry:
The Care to Share Outreach Center is dedicated to serving the men, women and children of Charlotte. Our first priority is serving anyone who is hungry and in need of food. Our donations come primarily from the local Second Harvest food bank as well as some local grocery stores and individuals like you. We are happy to have served approximately 2500 people per month.
Youth Activities:
Free Tutoring, Summer Tutoring, Creative Art Projects and much more.
Clothing Closet:
Providing clothing to those who have little to no clothing is one of the services we provide to those who come to the food pantry.
Personal Development Courses:
Care to Share serves people everyday that are stuck in a pattern of poverty and a feeling of helplessness. With trained facilitators, Care to Share offers courses to individuals that will help them become accountable, productive and empowered members of society.
